After starting as consultant, Lorenzo joined Carrefour (2^nd largest retailer worldwide) where he was Head of IT for their French supply chain division. Lorenzo has extensive experience in managing and implementing large scale IT projects, with particular focus on transportation. He holds an MBA from London Business School, an MEng from Milan and Paris, and speaks fluently Italian, French and English.

Jay started his career with IBM, where he gained marketing and customer relationship experience. Subsequently he joined Google where he supported their development efforts for Mobile, AdSense and distribution deals. Jay holds an MBA from London Business School, an MSc from University of Pennsylvania and BSc from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
